- The SSKY Gift Voucher can be used for all services offered by SSKY.
- The Gift Voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and cannot be extended.
- Once the validity period has expired, any remaining balance cannot be used or refunded and will be automatically forfeited.
- If the value of the service exceeds the voucher balance, the customer is required to pay the difference.
- If the value of the service is less than the voucher balance, the remaining balance will remain on the voucher and may be used for future services within the validity period.
- Gift Vouchers are non-cancellable and non-refundable once purchased.
- Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Gift Vouchers are available for purchase in the following denominations:
- AED 100
- AED 300
- AED 500
- AED 1,000
